This is the 4th time I have used Sue for our mortgage needs! Each time she has been at hand to help guide us through the steps and paperwork required, to obtain the best deal that is ultimately right for us. thank you once again !

Where do I start, after many conversations with multiple mortgage advisors it seemed impossible to get a mortgage me and my partner wanted. Just as we were giving up hope my mum asked me to just have a chat with Sue, the lady she used for her own mortgage. Even though sue was in Southampton and we were in Cornwall the communication from Sue was unbelievable! She listened to exactly what we wanted and it felt like she was actually working her hardest to find us that deal. Within a matter of weeks only due to having to chase a few company’s regarding updating my credit, Sue got us exactly what we wanted! In such a confusing situation she explained everything and made it very simple and easy! I highly recommend Sue and will happily use her to remortgage!! Thank you Sue 10 out of 10

Very good expericne, sue made it very easy for me and done most of the leg work being a first time buyer. Made it very stress free and been very friendly and awsnerd all my questions through out the buying process. Could not reccomend her any more. Will definitely be using her for next house purchase.

Sue has been absolutely amazing!! My wife & I were moving house from Cornwall to Southampton and Sue made the whole mortgage process so easy for us! I am also self employed and I was so worried about how difficult it would be to get a mortgage but Sue made sure to put all my worries at bay and handled everything perfectly - getting us the best deal! No question was too silly and we definitely couldn’t have done any of this without her! I recommend Sue to anyone - she is honestly amazing!

5 star service, sue - goes the extra mile.

Sue has now completed two mortgage applications for me and both time Sue has been exceptional. I'm a small business owners and my applications are never simple. Sue takes it in her stride offering expert advise to achieve the best result.

Where do I start, we have been through hell & back in the process of buying a house, and Sue has excelled in every situation reassuring us that everything is going to work out & be fine. Her knowledge is beyond, every question was answered, I always knew all the what's & why's! Not only Sue is professional & efficient she's also a lovely, funny lady! Sue is an absolute star. We had quite a complex set of requirements but she navigated them all really well and got us some good deals. We would never have been able to move had we tried to do this ourselves. We cannot recommend her highly enough. Her persistence in finding us the right products and nagging the lenders into action was amazing. Thanks very much Sue!

Sue was great throughout the whole process, very informative, always on hand to answer questions and stuck with us even after 2 sales that fell through. Would thoroughly recommend.
